Fried Rice Best

Method

Boil 500 gm rice and keep aside. now Cut 2 onion, 2 capsicum, 150 gm green beans, 5 green chilies and 2carrot into juliennes. Now take oil and add it then  add 2 piece of chopped ginger and 5 cloves of garlic and Fry it well till golden brown.Then add 400 gm prawns, fry well till its color turn to white. Now add all the sliced vegetables. Now add 1 cup boiled peas and cook for 5 minutes.Then Add in 2 beaten eggs.Then add 500 gm boiled rice, salt to taste, 3 tbsp Worchester shire sauce, 3 tbsp soya sauce and 2 tsp crushed black pepper. Then Mix well and dish it out Now Serve it hot Fried Rice .
